As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Provide logical and hands on supports on SG HR projects, including talent and engagement initiatives, leadership and training programs etc.
• Assist in data tracking, reporting, and documentation with high accuracy
• Coordinate with stakeholders across different functions.
• Build up a strong Singapore-based engineering culture through various programs design.

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are currently completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and a high sense of ownership
• Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid project management skills
• Business-level fluency in English and Chinese. As daily communication with the China regional business team is required, Chinese proficiency serves as the foundation for smooth cross-regional collaboration.
