POSITION SUMMARY
The ERS Business Analytics Intern will work cross-functionally across the organization to develop reporting and dashboards that will inform business decisions regarding service delivery, resource planning, and pipeline management. They will assist with needed business analysis and development of dashboards and reporting to drive business process improvement and efficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze internal processes to identify opportunities for efficiency in service delivery and execution
- Develop AI agents to automate repetitive and manual tasks
- Improve reporting on pipeline management
- Develop models to improve resource planning and utilization

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- Business Analytics, Data Science, or Business major with AI experience through employment or organizational involvement
