Global Engineering Operations Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and innovative Operations Analyst to partner with our Global OCI Engineering team . This role operates at the intersection of engineering, operations, and business performance, with a focus on enabling scalable infrastructure growth, optimizing capacity, and supporting data-driven decision-making across technical and commercial priorities.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational rigor, technical curiosity, and business acumen. Success in this role requires agility, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You will play a critical role in supporting engineering teams through capacity and resource tracking, consumption analysis, and performance insights, while helping leadership align with evolving demand.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $75,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
