Unlock your potential with our Marketing Internship, where you'll immerse yourself at one of the world’s largest consumer goods compan ies , with more than 400 brands such as Sunsilk , Lifebuoy, Comfort, LUX and Knorr.

Marketing within our Brand teams, is about engaging empathetically with consumers, making sense of data and designing and driving campaigns to build demand, brand equity and business. You would embark on experiences in core Marketing areas which varies and may include b rand building and brand development . You may also b e a part of creating compelling visions for our brands and developing future-fit plans across the full marketing mix . There may be multiple challenging projects that may involve working with external creative agencies and o verseeing networks for new product launches .

We seek dynamic and passionate students , who are ready to leave their mark on this exciting voyage, where you'll not just contribute but truly 'own' projects alongside seasoned business leaders and teams.

To provide you with a glimpse, here are a few projects and outcomes achieved by our ex-ULIP interns:

• Unleash the power of Beauty Tech through AI and AR technology by providing highly personalized Skin and hair diagnostic service to our beauty consumers
• Work closely with Global Brand Managers in landing end to end engagement plans for a lead market (Indonesia), for a newly launch CLEAR product
• Lead Digitalization project (ex ample : POND’s S outh East Asia Brand Health Dashboard) and p resent insights & analysis to supercharge the overall brand performance

Minimum Requirements :

• Internship period: 11 Jan 2027 to 30 Jun 2027
• Eligible applicants must be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program; fresh graduates are not eligible for an internship
• Commitment of a minimum of 3 days a week. ( Full time commitment preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced & results driven environment with a strong appetite for success.
• Proactive and willing to take on new challenges
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written & verbal
