Urban Outfitters Assistant Creative Merchandiser - Women's

Urban Outfitters is looking for an Assistant Creative Merchandiser who executes seasonal and monthly marketing campaigns for Women’s Apparel and Accessories. This role bridges product initiatives across Retail and Digital channels, ensuring alignment between merchandising strategy and creative output. The Merchandiser serves as a key departmental support by owning operational elements of product strategies across all touchpoints.

• Product Alignment: Partner with Buying to align product assortments, inventory, and delivery dates with marketing message timing.
• Sample Management: Coordinate the end-to-end sample process, including studio handoffs, SKU tracking, and maintaining organized sample racks for editorials.
• Campaign Execution: Select imagery for email and site placements that highlights key merchandise and supports sales goals.
• Operational Support: Track weekly campaign execution, support visual merchandising prototypes, and improve team processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships across teams and maintain organized, efficient workflows.
• Proven aptitude for quick, creative, and adaptive thinking
• Ability to problem solve and follow direction
• Pro-active with new ideas and have a healthy curiosity
• Excellent communication skills and strong verbal etiquette
• Ability to work on multiple projects, at multiple timelines, while maintaining an excellent attention to detail
• Ability to respond to feedback positively and constructively
• Passion for emerging trends
• Working knowledge of Google Suite
• Experience with Figma, Asana and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Buying knowledge, styling and retail merchandising experience is a plus
