What does the score mean?
Four things, weighted into one 0–100 number:
- 30% evidence the employer sponsors visas
- 30% how genuinely early-career the role is
- 30% how recently it was posted
- 10% how complete the information we captured is
A referral adds to it; a required professional licence subtracts. It is recomputed daily, so the same posting scores lower next week. It is a sorting aid, not a probability — open any posting to see the evidence behind its own number.
